Kai and Ren

I honestly don't understand why more people don't like this series. It's way better than anything the Yugioh series or Duel Master series has managed to come up with. There's no saving the world (at least not earth) no casual discussion of mystical powers (most of the characters aren't even AWARE of PSYqualia, just that Aichi and Ren acted oddly) and, possibly the best part, is that knowledge that the world of Cray REALLY existing is known to very few people.

I just recently finished watching all the currently posted English Subbed version of the series, all of season one and the first seven episodes of season two. I enjoy the characters, the game itself is very refreshing (finally a cardgame that can be fairly short. I don't think I've seen any that goes over seven turns yet, Yugioh and it's four-to-five episodes covering just one duel really drove me nuts)

Ah, right, I should probably stop rambling and comment on your picture. Overall, very nice. The colors are bright but not restricted by border lines. You really make good use of color contrasts so having thick and dark outlines is not necessary. I also like how you did Kai's hair. That permanent oversized wind-swept-then-hit-with-hairspray style of his really grates me the wrong way. It's so off balance and isn't natural looking! Maybe yours could be a tad bit longer but that's just my opinion.

My only complaint is how you did Ren's hair. That wild mane of unrestrained red is nonexistent in this picture. I'll confess I don't like the idea of him with a ponytail, but putting that aside, considering just how thick Ren's hair is I think the ponytail itself is a bit to...thin? I think that's the word I'm looking for... Yeah, with as much hair as Ren has it should be one of those thick, just barely bound, ponytails.

For my final words, a quick question: Are Ren's eyes red or some shade of amber? I can't quite tell.
